Healthy Recipes

I'm really excited about sharing some recipes from our team page.  They are yummy and healthy.

All of these recipes have 1 common ingredient called Lean.  Lean is a vanilla flavored smoothie mixture that's full of amino acids and proteins that help boost your energy, reduce food cravings and increase your metabolism.  Lean provides your body with Vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, B6, D, E, H, K, And Much More

Now to the recipes.

Banana Bliss
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/2 scoop Lean
1 tsp. vanilla fat free instant pudding
1/2 tsp. banana extract
1/2 cup light or fat free whipped topping

Add everything but the whipped cream into a blender and blend 15-30 seconds until thik.  Pour in a dish add the whip cream and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 mins. and your good to go.

Lean Pancakes
2 egg whites
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 banana
splash of cinnamon
1/2 scoop of Lean

Blend on high for 15-20 seconds.  Spray your pan with non stick spray.

Syrup - put your fresh or frozen fruit in a blender and then pour on top.  Delicious!

Citrus Lime Shake
1 scoop of Lean
2 tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
2 packets of Splenda
1 cup water
1/2 cup lowfat milk
3 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender for 20-25 seconds.  Put in a tall glass and enjoy!
